Mission: The Greece Public Library is a Department of the Town of Greece that offers to the people of the community the opportunity for enrichment, education and enjoyment by providing materials and information services.

The Library Board of Trustees has endorsed the American Library Association Bill of Rights. In accordance with the Library Bill of Rights, libraries do not serve in the place of absent parents or guardians. Parents are responsible for their children’s choices of library resources.

The Library staff will attempt to accommodate the sensibilities of all patrons. However, the opinions of one or more patrons shall not interfere with the community’s rights to free and equal access to library resources, services and facilities.
